De Vida - Refund and Return Policy

If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy, however, De Vida Jewellery is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.

2. Process for Returns:

  • Contact our customer service at devida.returns@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
  • Clearly state your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Inspection and Refund:

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

5. Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process, and a new order can be placed separately.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

7. Customized and Sale Items:

  • Customized or sale items are generally non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
